FAQS

Do I have to attend every week? What happens if I miss a session?


While Soul Strong runs every week, it's not there as another "thing you have to do". Of course, we can all appreciate that life can get busy or holidays happen, so think of Soul Strong more like a base. I love to expect you each week, and to keep informed of when you'll not be coming, but this is more for accountability and staying in touch. There's no hard and fast rule on how often you need to attend, but for best results making your attendace a priority gives you a great focal point. If for whatever reason you can't make it, then no worries, you also have the option to catch up on the replay emailed after the session or to listen later in the Soul Strong Audio Library.




I've never been consistent with anything... how will Soul Strong work for me?


Soul Strong is 100% your choice. In fact, we centre your autonomy and personal development. By making a concious decision to learn and grow, you provide yourself with a touch point each week, one for reflection and care. You don't earn gold stars for attending, and you don't get "told off" if you're in a slump, or don't show for a couple of weeks. This is about your choice, and having a supportive team around you to encourage you when you need it. With Soul Strong, it's not about "doing it right", it's about the journey and learning. So, some weeks you may find it works really well, and maybe another it won't - and even that is something you can learn from. My advice is to release the pressure of thinking Soul Strong is about performace, and instead enjoy knowing that however you're getting on in life, there's somewhere and people who will be really glad for you to cheer you on. This isn't a test and you aren't being marked.




Is each week the same?


Put simply; no. Each week we follow the same loose structure, so you can know what to expect. However, our focus adjusts slightly or a different topic is brought to light. These small movements are geared toward stimulating your thought processes, motivation and energy alongside giving you some important downtime to reflect and take a pause. Overall, we focus on creating a beautiful connection with yourself and aligned focus for the week ahead, so whole each week varies, you can feel refreshed and recharged.
